Based in Buguruni, Dar es Salaam, Doctor Kenny leads Vyakula na Tiba as a wellness educator across nutrition, reproductive health, Ayurveda and clinical health awareness — blending East African tradition with modern preventive care.
Vyakula na Tiba was founded by Doctor Kenny to bring nutrition, reproductive health, Ayurveda and clinical wellness education to families across Tanzania and East Africa. Every class, remedy and consultation on Vyakula na Tiba is guided personally by Doctor Kenny from our home base in Buguruni, Dar es Salaam.
